The Bible defines sin, we do not have to judge what is or is not sin. God will judge each of us for our sins. Jesus Christ made the sacrifice that removes our sins and restores us to God.
Jesus told the woman caught in adultery to "Go and sin no more." He also told the lame man to "Stop sinning before something worse happens to you."
