When I was a child, the only people in my neighborhood who had tattoos had numbers on their forearms. They were death camp survivors. After seeing that and the things the Nazis made out of tattooed skin they lost all appeal to me.
Neighbor is a descendant of survivors. He got this one after some political comments.
