S.E. Washington | Job #1, be careful. Job #2, clean culvert. You could wade in with shovels, but I recommend a jet truck to wash it out. If that's not a possibility, make your own with as big of trash pump you can find and some hoses and a piece of pipe with a couple handles welded on. Start washing the culvert from the downstream end and it should clear the mud out. If the intake is plugged with sticks and garbage you may not be able to clear that issue safely. Do not mess around with the intake side. Suction is a powerful thing on those. | |
