| Just read Gulke's and John Phibbs columns in Top Producer. Man ! Talk about a downer this morning. Phibbs saying might be a good time for us older guys to consider quitting! Equity drain in the next few years I guess he sees.
Not much hope from Gulke unless SA has a weather problem to boost prices.
Land values don't reflect the dire doom and gloom albiet the window may start to close.
Might get lean and mean but I ain't gonna quit!
