I know the hispanics crews from Lexington charge $50 to $100 per acre to walk a field. I have a neighbor that is converting several quarters. I assume then that is the going rate for any crop. I don't know what all crops we can grow here. I know you can grow potatoes, organic potatoes? Pumpkins for canned pumpkins ? Etc.
What is the market telling us to raise?
