Yankton County South Dakota | As we run completely out of water here again the corn is firing up to the ear leaf with some top die back and the milk line is 35-50%. Beans started to wilt on Saturday and the top half of the plant has many flat pods. What looked average a week ago now looks to be way below average. Terrible finish to a poor year. What a bummer August rains gave us some nice green up and a shot at good beans but we need rain now with none in the forecast for this week
