If you 'aim to keep the price of a commodity at x',. the cost of raising said commodity will migrate to >100% of x. The goal should be to have every plant running full speed, minimal downtime and. work actively on increasing demand.. expanding to produce more. If demand is increasing all the time, price will take care of itself.
