They have the power to regulate corn price and oil price and don't even realize it. They need a formula for the ethenol blend, make it so much % blend when the price of corn is x$ away from the price of oil. If corn gets higher and oil cheaper, drop the % a bit, if it goes the other way, raise it. Aim to keep corn at or above $4. That's a big export.
