How about Trump announces that for the next 30 days gasoline can be mixed up to E30? We have the ethanol inventory, gives time for the refineries to get back on their feet, nobody's engine will be ruined by using a higher blend for a month. Ethanol could be the relief valve for short term market disturbances like natural disasters, oil embargoes, and the upcoming nuclear war with North Korea. Why Not?
