I was afraid you would call me a salesman lol. That's same as being cussed.

I got a license while a high school intern for diversified services. Have kept it up for 15 years now, but I only write a couple policies. New business I refer to a couple real good locals also working for diversified services (sorry for the plug but they've been incredibly good to me)

I farm full time with my dad and feed cattle. It's nice to take the training, when you are coming at it from a farmers point of view.


It's been a while since I back tested it, but used to be our county grip paid claims 55% of the time in excess of the premium. 2012 makes grip a winner for decades here.




I understand completely. I don't farm myself anymore, but until the last 2 years I was pretty involved in my family operations. The last couple of years my insurance business has kept me busy. But like you said, you can look at it from the farmers point of view. My being able to look at it from the farmers point of view has helped me be successful in the insurance side.
