ECIL | The line could be constricted enough for the washing machine to cause water to back up into the stool. The washing machine uses a lot more water than the toilet so there could be enough volume for it to back up. Best thing to do is get a sewer guy and have him clean it out. Preferably find a guy with a scope so he can check the entire line for any other blockages or roots. It may cost more now but is like insurance finding out whether there are any other potential problems or not that can be remedied before they do become larger problems. | |
