I have a vacant house and the bill there stays between $30 and $35 per month. No lights only a refrigerator, circulator pumps and blower for outdoor wood boiler, and a well water pump for one barn.
The house that my wife and I live in seems to trend closer to $100 per month. It doesn't seem like much more stuff except a few lights, a couple computers, and a small Tv.
