Eastern Oregon		From last billing: 468 kwh/month (average)
@ $0.10/ kwh = $46.80/month

The straight charge for residential is $.083/ kwh, but if you add in all the tacked on fees and additional charges, it's $0.10.

Our irrigation is much higher. With fees and charges added in, it is $0.12/ kwh.
