Someone clearing 200k a year , could live off of 20k , most likely won't,but they could get the basics if they wanted to. Someone just starting out making 30k a year isn't going to be able to live on $3k/yr. If a guy can squirrel away 10% every year, and maybe more in good years, I'd say he's well on his way assuming he chooses wise investments. That 10% could even include payments for land etc. |
