I have no idea how this happened, 236, up over 3 lbs. Checked several times and that is what the scale said every time. Next 2 weeks have a fair amount going on and that means eating out more. So will have to watch it, have no idea how I could gain that much in 1 week when I didn't eat out much, just have to cut back. Some warmer temps off/on this week, so maybe a little more work outside will help.
