Hi Glen, I know this is so hard. You did so well and the maintaining of that weight loss is the most difficult thing to do. It is almost like you have to go back to square one and o what you did in the beginning. Catch this before the pounds creep up even more. I could slap myself for allowing myself to gain my weight back. Makes me sick. We can do this Glen. Have a good week.
