E.Central MN | My brother wore one of those bread machines out, found an identical one that had barely been used so he started making bread again. He likes to use honey as the sweetener. The post above about brushing with butter and covering with a towel reminded me that's how my Mom baked bread. I loved the smell of fresh baked bread when I came home from school. She made really great cinnamon rolls, too. Can't seem to find a decent cinnamon roll at any of the bakeries around here, they're all too gooey. dang, now I'm getting hungry. | |
