You want to hook into something underground. "Here" I wouldn't worry about water leeching out the tile and "softening" the footing, but I don't know how your soil is there. DO NOT just dump it on top of the ground unless you like swampy areas in your yard that constantly stay saturated for mowing in the summer, then constantly create ice dams and freezing issues in the winter. This is what the previous owners of my house did, just dumped it on top of the leach field area. Don't do that.

I would want to know where that 4" tile along the crawl space outlets to before you tie into it. If it has a good outlet then great, but I have seen them go in under the basement slab and empty into the sump pit also. That's not good.

Best of both worlds, I left my existing tile around my house alone and just found the nearest field tile to tie into. It was a matter of tearing up my yard a bit to run a new tile out to the field, but that is the best solution.
