Subject: Home drainage

Se wisc.
I Have two choices for basement sump pump discharge. First is above ground with hose to drainage area adjacent to septic field. Second choice is below frost line to a 4inch perferated drain tile that heads toward front of house along four foot crawl space. During severe rainfall in wet spring sump pump runs almost constantly. My question with that much water could I be softening footing with a lot of water or do I take chances with septic above ground discharge? Pump runs often in wet freezing winter sometimes depending on fall and winter surface water amounts. Sub soil is clay that tends to be hydric. Thanks
