Bloomington and Putnam IL | Another active (ran two 5Ks this weekend) and good eating week but flat at 155. Hoping to get another 5 off but may not make it? For you guys and ladies struggling, try to run if possible. I have a tweeky back, creeky knees and a bad foot but still ran my 5K and 3 extra miles in the time it took the over weight people (most half my age) to get their 3.1 miles in today. Bless their hearts for trying though! Running is bad while you are doing it but great afterwards (the sweat process and winning). My medal on the left is my first this season and I won the other stuff last year.
