| I'm down a pound this week as well. I didn't let my smoothie fail last week get me down; rather I ate more vegetables, and I was alright with portion control and snacking.
I can tell the daily 20 minutes of exercise is helping. I was never good at push-ups, but I can now to 10 comfortably - hey it's a start.
This upcoming week may be a toughie. I'm away from home for a storm sewer design training course, so meals may be not be the best. I'm still going to be able to exercise at the hotel though. | |
