ESW ND | What ever you do get it in writing and recorded at the court house ASAP, while your aunt is still sound minded. If bins are worth it either move them or buy the couple acres that they sit on, provided it doesn't cost more than the moving and concrete for new pads. It's better to see her families true colors now while she's alive and you have options, as opposed to after she's gone and all verbal agreements get thrown out the window. Verbal don't hold up in court, legal recorded paper does. If her son is bad now, when she's gone, he will get worse! Guaranteed! | |
