It is my understanding that in ND, if you build something with a foundation on someone else's property, it becomes theirs.
You will need a pretty solid agreement to prove otherwise.
I would agree with ndsu84. If those bins are on her 10 acres, easement or not, those are her bins. If the bins are worth moving then move them on to your land. If they are not let your cousin tear them down. |
