NW Wisconsin | We have 7 children, 4 boys all in their 20's that want to get into the cattle biz. They all have real good jobs right now working construction. I'm 62 but wanting to expand my herd too. I've talked with them and mentioned that I would take care of their cattle for them and we could share every other calf no matter what it is, (bulls & hfrs). They are good help in the winter when they get layed off and I would like to help them get started and have them keep their good jobs until they can do this or at least get some equity established to get their own place. I'm open to any Ideas you guys might have. | |
