if NH3 gas works what about just pouring a couple gallons of liquid household ammonia down the in and out holes?  I got a couple critters, maybe skunks or ground hogs, that have burrowed under shed concrete floor because contractor did not put wire mesh around the outside as I asked. I tried moth balls but they eventually just cam back.

Would the ammonia stay in the soil enough to keep them out?
