| Was in one several years ago that was a slab.. It did seem to have a very hard feel to it walking in it.. Some of it was vinyl flooring and other parts carpet.. have been in another since, and the has laminate hardwood planks and it seems fine.. The baths are tile, so that it hard no matter what.
I would think heat in the floor would be very good on a slab, but I have no knowledge to help you with that. | |
