NW Iowa | Our grand daughter, who is just about 5, was just recently peeing the bed every night. Mom and Dad tried holding off liquid after supper, even had her checked by doctor. All ok.
One day she was here with us, and told us about her scary dreams she was having. Faceless ghosts and little boy cutting her knees. She said " I know you dont believe me, but their real".
I told her Dad about it and to get a spray bottle and mix up some water and lemon juice, and before bed go up with her and spray this "Ghost Spray" around her bedroom door and bed. They did, and she asked if she could keep it with her in bed. He let her, and that was the end of her problems. She does keep the spray bottle in her room.
When I was a little kid, I had horrible nightmares, and it sure would have been nice to have some understanding, rather than just being laughed at and told " theres no such thing". They were real to me too. | |
