West central IL | Same old S different day from some people here Deere. Here in west central IL we went from a near disaster to a bumper crop, ask any agronomist in the area. In fact some of my fields ended 13" behind on average rainfall for '16. But then we got some VERY timely rains that literally took us from disaster (for us, we still raise 140+ in droughts) to a bumper crop. We raise a LOT of corn in west central Illinois. | |
