ESW ND | Would you be able to sublease it out? Make a few dollars an acre off it and have no inputs stuck into it, while keeping your steady paying town job, that you can rely on getting a regular paycheck from and not worrying about what the weather does or most times does not. Just a quick thought that I had. Maybe you can sense the side I'm swaying to. Or if land is in high demand. Could you hire plant/harvest on shares with somebody else? Isn't it humorous when you don't have the acres, you can dream all day long about what you'd like to do if you had those acres. Then when the oportunity comes along to get those acres, you start to question if it is actually an oportunity or is it more hassle and headache to come. | |
