What makes you confident now that USDA overestimated the crop? In my area I think there is a lot more corn than normal in the farmers bins for this time of year. It seems like farmer selling has been very slow this winter but the elevators are picking up the piles. I wouldn't be surprised at all if there is 60% of the crop unpriced yet.
