Pick your battle, is it the place to stand upon. If it is then she needs to know that. IF she wants too, and you mean enough to her she will come around. Make sure there is not a physical reason like over tired or depressed. Since it means everything to you, start by doing the work, then try to get her to help, working together, for a while at least. After a while she will understand where you are coming from, OR NOT but if you can't live with it and she won't change, you have to do what is best for both of you AND the kids. Otherwise all will become miserable. Don't put the blame on her, never a good way to get anyone to change. Hope and pray it works out for you, tough spot....James
