West Central Wisconsin | Jim, we don't have light soils. Pretty much solid clay. Doesn't do any good to leave it and have a disaster crop due to compaction. Not everything is perfect like some like to believe. You could wait several years to get one dry enough to rip properly. How much yeild has been lost waiting for that perfect day? Sometimes you have to do what you have to do. | |
