Nebraska aka the boondocks | excellent post. as I understand it, the shale guys could maybe add 1mmbbl day max, if they go all in. I posted a few months ago, farmers are better off raising 100 bushel corn at $8 then 200 bushel at $3. In this case, and maybe they are actually nuts, but is seems crazy to me when you can open and close a spigot, not to only open it to the economic efficient number, especially when you are selling a basically finite resource. |
