That's a tuff one. I would mention that you wouldn't have made the contract without what she told you before you sold. Try and work with them on the discounts. Make a mental note tho and next time they use lack of discounts or a couple Penny's for quality to originate, just tell them that you want normal discounts that won't change from what is posted and the premium can come from a basis push.
