I agree with you but I don't think you will get anywhere. I had the same issue in 2009 when we had light test weight and damaged kernels. They said they had to raise the discounts because all the corn they were getting was light test weight. I have not contracted anything with an end user since then. I do it all on the board and just lock in the basis when it is time to sell. I figure they took over 30 cents a bushel from me by their added discounts and then they hauled it to the same ethanol plant that we where hauling other so I know what the discounts where there.
