Missouri | I don't want to argue to much and everyone can do what they want. I am friends with my banker I told him this idea. Um let's just say if you had my banker you might be looking for another banker. Your from iowa and you guys have always had more wealth than us but at least inm this part of nebraska the bankers are expecting land values to drop in half. Again you iowa guys have always had more money than us. Out here this thing is getting ugly. I know of 10,000 acres for rent. He'll just call farmers national and you will have more land to farm than 10 men could get done! | |
