Where did the decline come from? I've always listed land as the initial purchase price then never change it. Inflating land values on a FS is risky business and most likely your banker will frown upon it. With equipment you would be depreciating it each year so that really shouldn't have been to much of a jump in 1 year if you have been keeping up with it.
