What he said! Get an attorney. Contract could be automatically renewable. Wording could be tight....enough to withstand the legal issues of time, distance, and value.

We don't all the ramifications of the job descriptions, or what has been the legal results in his area for employees stealing custom application customers.

As is with any contract.......the problem is the cost to get out of it, as compared to maintaining it...........and even a few thousand for an attorney to MAKE SURE there is no liability is probably too much for the income level.

As DRester said.........get an attorney.
