I've never heard of any business "trying" to use this type of agreement for hired help.

Things don't work that way, and there is always the worry of an employee jumping ship
right before spring farming starts. That includes any type of worker, applicator, farm
laborer, etc.

I don't think many workers would sign a 3 year thing, in any case. Enforcement would be
next to impossible.
