west central Iowa | Sounds like a good idea to me! If you don't have 3 phase power lines to go through, you won't spend much to move a good barn. We moved a barn 2 years ago. They made it look easy! Barn weighed 30 ton empty and they put 10 tons of steel in it. So they moved 40 ton. They set it on a 9' concrete wall.
Having everything done when they set the barn on would be a real easy way to do things. It took us a good year to get good concrete crew here, and moving crew had a good year of work booked also.
