Everyone needs to figure out what rent price they can  cash flow and then not rent anything that won't cash flow. It seems like there are enough guys that are paying amounts that won't cash flow,they can only lose money so long and they will be done unless things change. Why should we set aside acres so those paying rent that won't cash flow will be able to keep bidding up everyone's rent?
