Besides all you've listed, I've also seen then eat baby turtles. Dad once came across a snapping turtle laying her eggs along the drainage ditch. He dug them up, and reburied them in the garden. After what should have been the time frame that they should have hatched, we dug down to them carefully, and opened one or two eggs. They just weren't quite ready to hatch yet. The hens that got them were "Happy, happy, happy." Remember seeing hens take off with a baby mouse in their beak, with one or two others running after trying to get the mouse from the one that possessed it.
