The dog food that my dog eats cost considerably less than the first step of feed we feed to just weaned pigs.
The first step of pig feed is right at $1/lb
Last bag of dog food I bought was around $.60/lb
Still way to dang expensive though when compared it to hog ration with similar nutrient analysis. The first step of pig feed is way higher nutrient content than the dog food is.
