central ontario | If this tile has been in for that long you would think it has already worked itself into a sort of natural flow by now,how about first checking about 50 feet down stream from the problem area if the pipe is full of water or not.Seems like the laterals are draining into this area but are not draining away thou.One broken tile can cause a real backup,if this is not it the other ideas posted are all applicable to help in some form or another.
Is this something that has always been there or a more recent problem?
