What I have done/would do: If you can get .25 grade, get a contractor to put a 10" main, through the hill, so what if it has to go 10/12' deep. Then pattern tile the whole 30 acres. What you have happening is, not only is the to wet area trying to be drained, but all the water the comes off of the rest is trying to go through the 4" and it is not big enough to handle it, no matter what you do.

If you have a dozer, then push off 5' at the deepest, out to nothing, each way, then find a tile guy that can install 7' deep and have them put in the 10" . 10 to 12 feet is not always a backhoe job. We have pushed several back with our dozer. Also, we move the top soil one way and sub soil the other. If you do not have the funds to pattern tile it now, make a french drain or install a riser to get rid of the surface water, until you can
