| General question to all, It sounds like after having this surgery, eating habits have to drastically change for this to be a success. Also it is because a person simply cannot eat like they did previously. A person has to have the right determination and frame of mind to do that.
My question is, what would the results on weight and health be if a person just started eating and exercising the way you have to after such surgery and skip the surgery? | |
