You know Kurt, there is always something that can derail our good intentions. It is not an excuse, but it is reality. So we all have to learn to live with it. Do I practice what I preach, no, not right now. It isn't easy or we would all be at our goal weight. Do the best you can, get moving and see if the pounds will come off. Happy Thanksgiving.
