| Good morning. Coming in this week at 219! Finally broke the 220. Harvest wrapped up last week for us, longest ever but it's done. 2 more weeks of drying and it will be all over. This week I can start back to our local gym, something I've done for many winters. I find when I do the gym, when I impulse eat I can catch myself and say I worked to hard today to lose ground to the extra snack or extra serving. Works for me! Have a good week everyone. | |
