210.9 this morning.  But I have not only an excuse but a concern.

I was down to 208~207 a month ago. 

However there was the wedding. Then the annual church supper, then supper at friends house, now Thanksgiving followed by multiple social events which will involve food.

I don't see a lot of hope until February. 

But I am still going to try. 

Not meaning to offend anybody but we have joke that goes like this:  "A message from the mothers of America, EAT."

Can't believe I used to weight 9 pounds 10 ounces.
