West Central IL | I would make his pay come out to about 50,000 + benefits, if no benefits, then higher pay to cover insurance costs. I'd figure it up hourly with time and a half overtime. I think that's the best way to keep 8:30 turning into 9:00 and 5:30 turning into 4:30. I wouldn't do paid vacation, but, I would give him the opportunity in the off season to go as he pleases as long as someone is there to cover his work. Without paid vacation, he will self regulate. Maybe give him a bonus for a week of it if you wish. |
